AGGIE'S DOUBLE TO JOIN NISSAN CANADA AT THE TORONTO AUTO SHOW

Mississauga, ON (January 26, 2011) – Nissan Canada Inc. (NCI) is excited to announce that Aggie's double will be in attendance at the 2011 Canadian International Auto Show. Aggie, the polar bear seen in one of Nissan's popular Innovation for All commercials (link below), recently made her first public appearance at the Montreal Auto Show and will now travel west to be at the Nissan booth at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on from February 18 to Family Day on February 21.

Aggie's presence in the Nissan LEAF commercial represents hope and optimism for environmental change. Nissan is proud to be taking a step towards a brighter future creating the world's first affordable, zero-emission, 100-percent electric vehicle, the Nissan LEAF. In this commercial, a polar bear journeys from the icy Arctic through forests, highways, train tracks and over bridges to the big city and then on to the suburbs, where the animal finds someone who is trying to help – the owner of an all-electric Nissan LEAF.

About the "Innovation for All" Campaign

On September 1, 2010 Nissan launched a significant new marketing initiative to showcase the strength of Nissan's innovative product portfolio and build on the positive sales year that Nissan is enjoying in Canada. The campaign, headlined under the theme "Innovation for All" begins with a series of four television spots that capture Nissan's history, track record and process of innovation. The commercial featuring Aggie the polar bear is the highlight of the "Innovation for All" campaign. This commercial reveals the arrival of the Nissan LEAF and further represents Nissan's Innovation for the planet and Innovation for all.
