Nissan Canada Inc. (NCI) today released its January sales results with 4,338 units sold – a decrease of 12.8 per cent over January 2010. Sales of Infiniti decreased 22.9 per cent over the same month last year, with sales of the Nissan brand down 11.9 per cent over January 2010.

Nissan’s lineup of trucks continued to perform well, with Rogue leading all vehicles with 908 units sold, up 12 per cent from January 2010. Murano, Titan and Pathfinder also demonstrated year-over-year sales increases, up 46.9, 109.8 and 125 per cent respectively from the same month last year.

G continues to be Infiniti’s top seller with 142 units sold, while the 2011 Infiniti M and QX56 saw year-over-year increases of 6.3 and 185.7 per cent, respectively. EX continues to be Infiniti’s strongest selling SUV/truck with 79 units sold.
