Andrew Harkness is vice president of sales operations, Nissan division, a position to which he was appointed in October 2025.

In this role, Harkness reports to Steve Rhind, president of Nissan Canada Inc., and is responsible for the national sales strategy development and implementation, as well as overseeing recognition programs, vehicle planning and logistics functions for the Nissan division.

Before taking on this role, Harkness was director of dealer network, electrification, and corporate strategy, after previously serving as director of network development and customer quality, as well as director of aftersales and quality assurance at Nissan Canada Inc.

Harkness' tenure at Nissan Canada started in 2011 as dealer operations manager, after which he undertook progressive roles in sales operations. He also assumed roles such as senior manager, chief marketing management for the truck and full-size SUV portfolio, as well as regional general manager for Nissan Canada's central region.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in marketing management from HEC Montréal and is fully bilingual.
