TORONTO – Nissan Canada and eBay Canada today announced a new collaboration that will bring Nissan and INFINITI parts and accessories directly to shoppers on eBay.ca.
The launch makes Nissan Canada the first automaker to have a dedicated storefront on eBay Canada, giving drivers and enthusiasts a new way to find and purchase products for their vehicles online and have their order directly shipped to them from their local Nissan or INFINITI dealers.
“Customers increasingly expect the convenience of finding and purchasing products online, including for their vehicles,” said Laura Kutlesa, Director, Aftersales, Nissan Canada. “This collaboration with eBay Canada and our dealer network allows us to expand access to Nissan and INFINITI parts and accessories through a marketplace many Canadians already know and trust, making it easier for customers to find the products they’re looking for.”
Making it easier for Canadians to find the right parts
Parts and accessories available through the Nissan and INFINITI storefront will be eligible for eBay Guaranteed Fit, helping shoppers find products compatible with their specific vehicle. Customers can enter their vehicle details to see when fit is confirmed and guaranteed, indicated by a checkmark on eligible items. If an eligible part or accessory does not fit as expected, it can be returned for free within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, subject to program terms and eligibility requirements.
“Trust matters when you’re buying parts for your vehicle, whether you’re tackling a weekend project or maintaining the car you rely on every day,” said Ashley Lawrence, GM, eBay Canada. “For decades, eBay has been a trusted destination for automotive enthusiasts to find the parts and accessories they need with confidence. Welcoming Nissan as the first automaker to sell directly on eBay Canada builds on that legacy, bringing enthusiasts closer to the inventory they’re looking for and giving them even more choice for the vehicles they know and love.”
