MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – The Nissan Micra Cup held its second event of the 2020 season at Calabogie Motorsports Park in Ontario, southwest of Ottawa.

The action-packed Nissan Micra Cup races held on Saturday saw Kevin King and Gavin Sanders battle for victory, with Valérie Limoges not far behind. As King took first place, Sanders placed second, making him the rookie of the race. Limoges rounded out the top three, marking her third podium finish of the season.

Sunday's race followed King and Jesse Lazare as they fought for the lead throughout the entire race. In the end, King scored his fourth consecutive victory this season with Lazare, Justin Di Benedetto and Limoges rounding out the top four. Di Benedetto secured his first podium this season, getting him closer to the rookie title.

The new edition of the magazine features an interview with Nissan Micra Cup rookie, Justin Di Benedetto, talking about how he came to enter the series. It also includes a look into how kart racing has proven to be a real asset for drivers such as Nicolas Barrette and King in preparing for the Micra Cup.

The Calabogie Motorsports Park race weekend is the second of four events in what is proving to be another successful season of the Nissan Micra Cup. The next event in the 2020 Nissan Micra Cup series event will be held north of Montréal at the International Center of Advanced Racing (ICAR Circuit), in Mirabel, Québec.
