Nissan's Canadian sales have consistently outperformed the industry in 2014 – up 28.5 per cent CYTD through June. And though led by the all-new Micra and recently redesigned Altima, Rogue, Sentra and Pathfinder, other models such as LEAF (+86.3%), Versa Note (+14.4%), Frontier (+20.5%) and NV200 (+244.3%) are also showing strong results month after month. This gives the Nissan lineup great momentum heading into the 2015 model year.

Headlining the change for 2015 is the upcoming launch of the all-new Nissan Murano (due in late 2014).

As the halo vehicle for Nissan's expanding range of bold crossovers and SUVs, the dramatic 2015 Murano features the new V-motion front end, LED boomerang lights and a unique "floating" roof. Murano's breakthrough exterior design carries into the interior, which offers an engaging social lounge feel through features such as advanced NASA-inspired Zero Gravity front and outboard rear seating and oversized Power Panoramic Moonroof.

There are also a number of significant enhancements to other Nissan cars, SUVs and trucks for 2015, including:

• 2015 Micra features the lowest starting MSRP in Canada of $9,998
• 2015 Versa Note receives air conditioning and Bluetooth as standard equipment on all grades
• 0.3L/100km combined fuel economy improvement  (based on 2-cycle fuel economy testing comparison) for 3.5-litre V6-equipped Altimas, due to reduced internal engine friction, adoption of exhaust variable camshaft timing and enhanced D-Step Shift logic for the standard Xtronic transmission
• All 2015 LEAF models include three drive modes: Normal, Eco-Mode and B-Mode, which engages regenerative braking more aggressively while decelerating
• A heavily revised JUKE model, with new styling, as well as comfort and convenience features
• Add Eco mode button and Forward Collision Warning (FCW) to Rogue SL with Premium Package
• The iconic Nissan 370Z adds a new trim level for the 370Z Coupe: an extensively redesigned 370Z NISMO model with new exterior and interior treatments along with the expected NISMO performance enhancements
• The popular Pathfinder adds available Blind Spot Warning (BSW) and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA), along with enhanced D-Step Shift logic for the standard Xtronic transmission
• Upgraded CVT and improved fuel economy for the NV200 compact cargo van.

Many 2015 Nissan vehicles also receive an updated NissanConnect℠ with Navigation and Mobile Apps system, including a 7.0-inch touch-screen colour display, Nissan Voice Recognition for audio and navigation, SiriusXM Traffic (SiriusXM subscription required, sold separately) and Hands-free Text Messaging Assistant.

NISSAN CARS

2015 Nissan Micra
The Nissan Micra returned to Canada in spring of 2014 offering quality, European styling and unexpected features at the lowest MSRP in Canada.

The all-new Nissan Micra was tailored exclusively for Canada, and features the lowest cost of entry for many available desired features including: Bluetooth, Rear View Monitor, cruise control, manual air conditioning and automatic transmission.

Offered in three trims, the Micra S, SV and top-of-the-line SR will be available with either a 5-speed manual transmission, or a 4-speed automatic transmission. Each model is equipped with an advanced 1.6-litre DOHC 4-cylinder engine with dual fuel injection and Twin CVTC. With no plans for the United States, Micra is truly a Canadian car and has been extensively tested and perfected for the Canadian driver with features like heated outside mirrors, rear heater ducts (to keep backseat toes warm), 60/40 split rear seats and either 15 or 16 inch wheels – sizes that are widely available as snow tires.

Micra's available equipment includes: a 4-speaker audio system with an available 4.3 inch display, USB input for iPod and similar devices, Bluetooth® Hands-free Phone System, cruise control, air conditioning, fog lights and 16-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, RearView Monitor, and steering wheel mounted controls. The Nissan Micra offers several advanced convenience and safety features at the most affordable price in the country; presenting Canadians with more value than ever before.

2015 Nissan Versa Note
Following a highly successful debut as a 2014 model, the Nissan Versa Note enters its second year of production with a number of significant enhancements – led by the addition of the new Versa Note SR trim level. There are now a total of four models: S, SV, SR and SL.

The new 2015 Versa Note SR offers a number of unique exterior and interior treatments, including sporty front and rear fascias and grille, dark headlight surrounds, fog lights, rear spoiler, suede-like seats and 16-inch sport machine-finished aluminum-alloy wheels and outside rearview mirrors with integrated turn signals.

The Versa Note SL features the Technology Package content from 2014 as standard equipment for 2015, including NissanConnect℠ with Mobile Apps, 5.8-inch colour display, AroundView Monitor, heated front seats, Divide-N-Hide® Adjustable Floor and 16-inch aluminum-alloy wheels.

Enhancements for 2015 include:

2015 Nissan Sentra
2015 Sentra will be available for sale later this year. Details surrounding packaging, pricing and year over year changes will be released closer to the start of sales.

The 2014 Sentra will be available until the MY15 launches later in the calendar year. The 2014 Sentra contains superior fuel economy, "class above" interior features, and numerous value-added enhancements (vs. MY13) which include:

• Revised CVT transmission tuning

2015 Nissan Altima
Now in the third model year of the fifth-generation design, Nissan Altima continues as one of Nissan's most recognizable nameplates – embraced by owners for its premium exterior and interior designs, rewarding driving experience and innovative, driver-focused technology. Altima also offers efficient 6.2 L/100 Kms highway fuel economy (2.5-litre engine) and an array of seven high-value available versions that meet a range of customer needs and budgets.

For 2015, the major enhancements include:

• Altima 3.5 SL adds High Intensity Discharge (HID) headlights and Technology package as standard. It provides features like Blind Spot Warning (BSW), Moving Object Detection (MOD) and Lane Departure Warning (LDW) as standard equipment
• 3.5-litre V6 Altimas 0.3L/100km combined fuel economy improvement (based on 2-cycle testing)– now 10.3/7.4/9.0 city/highway/combined (5-cycle fuel testing results); the improvement is a result of reduced internal friction (including DLC piston rings and sodium-filled valves), improved air intake resistance, the addition of exhaust variable camshaft timing (VTC), enhanced D-Step Shift logic and reduced internal friction for the standard Xtronic transmission
• Beige interior equipped models receive black carpeting and lower seat side trim
• 8-way power driver's seat and 2-way power lumbar support are added to 2.5 SV model
• 4-way power front passenger's seat is added to SL trim level

2015 Nissan 370Z Coupe
The 2015 Nissan 370Z continues to offer extraordinary performance design and an unmatched heritage as one of the most iconic sports cars in automotive history. 370 Z Coupe is offered in 3 trims, Touring, Touring Sport and the all-new NISMO version.

Enhancements for the 2015 model year include:

• Navigation is now standard equipment in Touring model and offers 7-inch VGA Touch-sensitive display, USB and iPod connectivity, RearView Monitor and Streaming Audio via Bluetooth

2015 Nissan 370Z NISMO
The 370Z NISMO returns to the Canadian line-up for 2015 offering a striking revised exterior design. Its GT-R-inspired functional and fully integrated aerodynamic body pieces have been redesigned to provide an aggressive and more aerodynamic new appearance – as well as optimizing front and rear downforce. Key changes include a new, deep front fascia with Hyper LED Daytime Running Lights, black headlight bezels, NISMO emblem and signature NISMO red stripe accents. The unique NISMO rear spoiler has been reshaped and downsized. The standard 19-inch NISMO super-lightweight forged aluminum-alloy wheels by RAYS also have been restyled for 2015 with a twin-five spoke design and a charcoal gray machine-finish (formerly silver).

Inside, the unique NISMO-styled interior is enhanced with redesigned black-and-red Recaro® leather-appointed seats with Alcantara® accents. The new seats, co-developed with Recaro®, are exclusively designed for the 370Z NISMO to provide more uniform body pressure and better all-direction holding during spirited acceleration, braking and cornering. The interior also features red seat trim and stitching with NISMO logo, an Alcantara®-appointed leather-wrapped steering wheel and NISMO red tachometer.

Also new for 2015 is the 370Z NISMO Tech model which adds a hard drive-based Nissan Navigation System with 7.0-inch VGA touch-sensitive display, RearView Monitor, Bose® Audio System, SiriusXM Satellite Radio (SiriusXM subscription required, sold separately), Streaming Audio via Bluetooth®, auto-dimming rearview mirror and HomeLink® Universal Transceiver.

The 2015 370Z NISMO is powered by a potent 350-horsepower 3.7-litre DOHC V6 engine with Variable Valve Event and Lift Control (VVEL). The engine is matched with an exclusive, tuned H-configured exhaust system design, muffler tuning and an optimized calibration is installed to help create 18 horsepower more than a standard 370Z Coupe. Torque is rated at 276 lb-ft.

The 2015 370Z NISMO is available with close-ratio 6-speed manual transmission features standard SynchroRev Match®, the world's first synchronized downshift rev matching manual transmission, which allows rev-matched heel-toe-like downshifting.

Enhancements for 2015 include:

• Revised exterior styling with new front and rear fascias, side sills and low-profile rear spoiler
• New Hyper LED Daytime Running Lights, black headlight bezels

• New, efficient multi-LED headlights with single LED high beam and three different LED low beams – create a distinctive GT-R "lightning" motif, generating a bold exterior visual signature
• Revised rear LED combination lights that form coherent circles of illumination, giving the GT-R an equally distinctive rear appearance
• New Regal Red exterior body colour with special gold flake finishing for added brilliance

2015 Nissan Murano
The Nissan Murano has always stood out from ordinary crossovers with its refined yet daring and futuristic design. With the introduction of the new third-generation design, Murano kicks it up many notches with its concept car-like styling, premium interior and advanced, purposeful technology.

2015 Nissan Pathfinder
Totally redesigned just two years ago, the 2015 Pathfinder offers exceptional levels of versatility, fuel efficiency and full-size comfort for seven passengers. Pathfinder is available in 2-wheel drive and 4-wheel drive configurations, powered by a 260-horsepower 3.5-litre DOHC V6.

2015 Nissan Titan
The powerful full-size 2015 Nissan Titan continues to offer a unique combination of style, innovation and excellent value – including a range of body, bed and drivetrain configurations designed to fit a variety of buyer needs from a durable business tool to a versatile family adventurer. For 2015, Titan is again offered in King Cab and Crew Cab body styles with a choice of 4x4 and 4x2 drive configurations and two bed lengths. Titan is available in four well-equipped models – S, SV, PRO-4X and SL.

Titan is built on Nissan's rugged F-Alpha pickup platform, featuring a powerful 5.6-litre DOHC Endurance V8 rated at 317 horsepower and 385 lb-ft of torque. Titan offers a standard 5-speed automatic transmission and a maximum towing capacity of up to 9,500 pounds for King Cab and 9,400 pounds for Crew Cab (when properly equipped).

NISSAN COMMERCIAL VEHICLES

Nissan Commercial Vehicles started business in Canada in spring 2011 after operating in Japan and globally since 1935. The lineup now includes the NV Cargo, the NV Passenger, and NV200 Compact Cargo.

The NV Cargo and NV Passenger are assembled in Canton, Mississippi and the NV200 Compact Cargo is assembled in Cuernavaca, Mexico. The vehicles are sold through a network of more than 300 certified Nissan Commercial Vehicle dealers nationwide.

2015 Nissan NV Cargo
Once again in 2015, the Nissan NV Cargo van again provides exceptional utility – thanks to a long, wide cargo floor, square-top wheelwell housings and nearly vertical sidewalls. Along with maximizing cargo space, the sidewalls accommodate aftermarket storage systems without excessive modification.

Enhancements for 2015 include:
