Nissan Canada today released pricing for the refreshed 2012 Nissan Maxima which will go on sale this week at dealers nationwide. With a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) starting at just $37,880, the 2012 Maxima is up to $1,920 less than the 2011 model and provides a variety of value-packed options for the Canadian consumer.
"Maxima offers the best of both worlds combing the spaciousness and quality of a premium sedan along with the performance and styling usually saved for a sports car," said Judy Wheeler, Director of Marketing, Nissan Canada, Inc. "With the refreshed look and even more attractive pricing for 2012, we expect consumers will be drawn to Nissan's exciting four-door sports car more than ever."
In addition, the 2012 Maxima Sport, priced at $1,620 less than its 2011 equivalent, now offers a standard Rear View Monitor, providing drivers with valuable assistance in parking maneuvers.

About the 2012 Nissan Maxima
The flagship Nissan Maxima continues to set the bar for Nissan sedans, combining breakthrough sports sedan styling, a driver-oriented cockpit, ample passenger comfort and luxury, and an advanced drivetrain anchored by Nissan's legendary VQ-series V6 engine that delivers 290 horsepower and 261 lb-ft of torque.

The 3.5 SV with Sport Package includes 19-inch wheels in Light Silver finish and tires, sport-tuned suspension, HID headlights, rear spoiler, premium leather-appointed seats, paddle shifters, Rear View Monitor and much more. The 3.5SV with Premium Package includes the unique Dual Panel Moonroof, HID headlights, premium leather-appointed seats, Atlantic Cherry wood tone interior trim accents, power rear window shade, Rear View Monitor and much more. In addition, the 3.5 SV Navigation Package offers such features as Nissan Hard Drive Navigation System, DVD playback capability and more.
